America's Next Top Model Online Challenge 7 - Make-Up With a Twist!

So this week, the America's Next Top Model seventh online challenge is perfect if you like to get creative with make-up! In this week’s episode we see the models star in a cosmetics commercial and to keep the theme related, for this challenge you have to send in a head shot demonstrating your best make up artistry.

However, there is a slight twist which will really test your skills as to assess the transformation, the judges want to see a before and after shot in the same picture. You need to submit a photo whereby one side of your face is completely natural and without makeup and the other side is fully made-up - be as daring, creative, colourful and trend inspired as you wish.

Expert judges from LIVING and ASOS including Zeba Lowe – the head of styling for ASOS magazine, will choose a winner each week who will get their lucky paws on £100 worth of ASOS vouchers. Winners will also be broadcast at the end of each episode of ANTM on LIVING.

ANTM Season 13 – Week 4 Online Challenge ‘Statement Accessories’

So America's Next Top Model Season 13 is in full swing and this week's online challenge (read more about the weekly challenges and competition here) is all about Statement Accessories! Ooo, this one is definitely fun :)

Accessories are a huge key trend for spring/summer and the bolder the better. It's amazing how a vibrant gold necklace, a chic statement bag or a cute pair of heels can transform an outfit and add increase its wearability factor.

So all you need to do is submit your photos (full length or headshots) of how you wear this season's must-have accessories, as mentioned in the video above (kitten heels, handbags, silver cuffs, bows or golden jewellery) to their full creative potential.

America's Next Top Model Online Challenge 2 - SMIZE!

This week saw the second episode of season 13 of America's Next Top Model and as informed in my previous post the show in collaboration with ASOS and LIVING is giving viewers the exciting opportunity to get involved and with weekly challenges all geared towards mastering the craft of becoming a top model.

So, for Week 2, this one is all about the 'Smize' or 'smiling with your eyes' - a favourite of Tyra's.

Here are Tyra’s top 5 tips for perfecting your SMIZE. I like No 3 :)

"1) Stand feet apart with your shoulders down – as if someone is pushing them down towards the ground.

2) Keep your head up – as if a string attached to the top of your head is pulled skywards.

3) Now put your hand on your tummy and think of something delicious! A hot chocolate sundae or maybe your boyfriend kissing your neck – whatever works for you.

4) Focus on that delicious thought as much as you can and make that thought shine through your eyes.

5) But remember don’t smile – the trick to this is all about using your face muscles and not your smile."
